4. SMS Messaging Program and Terms

4.1 Program Description and Use Cases

Drumore Capital LLC operates an informational and conversational SMS program for clients and prospective clients who request to communicate with us by text. By providing your mobile number and opting in (through our contact form, in writing, or verbally during a call), you consent to receive SMS messages from Drumore Capital LLC for the following use cases:

Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket Wireless, as well as other smaller and regional carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. T-Mobile and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
